These Mississippi pork chops are super easy to make and have all the Mississippi flavor we find with Mississippi Chicken and Mississippi Pot Roast.
Instructions
Using a 6 or 8 quart slow cooker, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Add onions and garlic to the bottom, followed by the pork chops.
Sprinkle seasonings, au jus packet, and ranch dip packet over pork.
Place 8-10 pepperoncini on top, followed by pats of butter.
Pour pepperoncini juice over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours or low for 10-11 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles
